Kindreply Kindreply by Mosven AI
In development

A kind reply to every review, ready when you are.

Kindreply will watch your Google reviews, draft a reply in your voice and tell you when a review needs your attention. It also helps you ask recent customers for an honest review. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Built first for single-location restaurants, clinics, salons and shops in the U.S. that use Google Business Profile.

New Google review
Draft reply, waiting for you

This preview runs in your browser from a few prewritten patterns, so it only shows the shape of a Kindreply draft. The product itself will use AI with your saved tone. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere.

Reviews don't wait for a free minute.

A one-star review sits for days. The longer it goes unanswered, the worse it looks to the next person reading.

Replies get written at 11 pm.Finding calm, polite words after a full shift on the floor is hard.

Happy customers are rarely asked. Most would leave a review if someone asked at the right moment. Almost no one does.

How it will work

From a new review to an approved reply in four steps.

  1. Connect your Google Business Profile

You sign in with Google and choose the profile. Kindreply brings in your recent and new reviews.

  2. Read the draft

Each review gets a reply drafted in the tone you pick: warm, professional, short or more personal.

  3. Approve, edit or skip

Post it as is, change a few words or leave it. Low ratings and sensitive reviews always wait for you.

  4. Ask for honest reviews

After a visit, Kindreply helps you invite recent customers to leave feedback. No incentives and no filtering of who gets asked.

What it will do

One quiet tool in place of a dozen open tabs.

One review inbox

Your Google reviews in one list, with the ones that need you most at the top.

Replies in your voice

Drafts follow your tone settings and the replies you have approved before.

Low-rating alerts

A message as soon as a low rating arrives, with a draft already waiting.

Honest review requests

Invite recent customers by text or email, only those you have permission to contact, with an easy way to opt out.

A short Monday email

Your rating trend, what people keep praising and what keeps coming up as a complaint.

Made for owners

No agency retainer and no long setup. Sign in, approve, get back to work.

Later: Yelp monitoring is planned after Google. We will add it when it works reliably.

What a reply sounds like

Warm and specific, and it never pretends a problem didn't happen.

Salon, 5 stars
"Best haircut I've had in years. The whole team made me feel welcome and they really listened to what I wanted."
Draft replyThank you, this made our day. We're glad the team got the look right and that you felt at home. See you next time.
Salon, 3 stars
"Waited 25 minutes past my appointment and nobody said a word. Love the haircut but the wait was rough."
Draft replyThanks for telling us. You should have heard from us when we were running behind, and we're sorry you didn't. We're glad you love the cut, and we're talking with the team about how we handle delays.
Restaurant, 3 stars
"Food was good but it came out pretty slow and the place could've been cleaner."
Draft replyThank you for the honest feedback. The wait and the cleanliness weren't where they should be, and we're working on both. We'd like the chance to give you a better evening next time.

AI does the typing. You make the call.

The worry with automation is something going out in your name that you would never have said. Kindreply is designed so that can't happen by accident.

  • Nothing posts without you. Every draft waits until you have read it.
  • Low ratings and sensitive topics always need your approval. Auto-post never touches them.
  • Careful with private details. For clinics and similar businesses, replies stay general and leave out anything personal about the customer.
  • Auto-post is optional. Turn it on only for friendly replies of a kind you have approved before. Pause or disconnect any time.

Your business data

Kindreply will connect to Google through the official Business Profile API, with your permission. We have not applied for Google's API access yet; we will before launch, and this page will say when it is approved.

  • You grant access through Google sign-in and can see what is shared. You can disconnect at any time.
  • We keep only what's needed to show your reviews and draft replies.
  • You can ask for an export or deletion of your data whenever you like.

Planned pricing

Who is building it

Kindreply is made by Mosven AI, the software side of Mosven LLC, a small company registered in Wyoming, USA. It is founder-led: the founder will onboard the first businesses personally, so the product is shaped by owners' real problems.

Where things stand

Kindreply is in development and not open yet. Google Business Profile is the first integration we are building. When we open spots for the first businesses, people on the waitlist hear first.

Leave your email and we'll write when the first spots open. One email, no newsletter unless you ask for it.
