Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website kindreply.mosvenai.com, the Kindreply waitlist and, once it opens, the Kindreply service. Kindreply is operated by Mosven LLC ("we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, under its Mosven AI brand. By using the site, joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Kindreply today

Kindreply is in development. Joining the waitlist only tells us you are interested. It does not create a contract for the service, guarantee you a place, or fix any price or feature. Features and prices shown on the site are our current plans and may change before launch. The terms that apply to paid use will be shown to you before you sign up.

What Kindreply does

Kindreply helps local businesses keep up with their online reviews. It brings Google reviews into one inbox, drafts replies in your chosen tone, alerts you to reviews that need attention and helps you invite customers to leave honest reviews.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Kindreply for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to act for that business and to connect its Google Business Profile.

AI drafts and your approval

Kindreply uses AI to draft replies. A draft is a suggestion. Nothing is posted until you approve it, unless you turn on auto-post for reply types you have approved before. Auto-post never applies to low ratings or reviews Kindreply marks as sensitive.

You are responsible for every reply posted from your account. Read each draft before you approve it. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable, and we do not promise that any draft is accurate or appropriate for your business. Do not include private details about a customer in a reply, especially health information.

Your Google connection

When you connect a Google Business Profile, you allow Kindreply to read its information and reviews and to post the replies you approve, through Google's official API. You must follow Google's terms and policies for Business Profiles and Maps reviews. You can disconnect at any time. How we handle Google data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Review requests

If you use Kindreply to ask customers for reviews, you agree to:

• Ask all customers in the same way. Do not send requests only to customers you expect to be happy, and do not filter people out after asking how their visit went.
• Offer nothing in exchange for a review, a better rating, or a changed or removed review.
• Not ask customers to mention particular content, such as an employee's name.
• Contact only people who have agreed to hear from you by email or text, follow the laws on commercial messages where you and they are, and honor every opt-out.

These rules follow Google's review policies and the US Federal Trade Commission's rule on consumer reviews. Breaking them can get reviews removed or your Business Profile restricted, and we may suspend review requests on your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not post fake reviews or replies, or reviews written by you, your staff or relatives about your own business without disclosure.
• Do not use Kindreply to threaten, harass or pressure anyone who left a review.
• Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, or content you have no right to use.
• Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to Kindreply or the accounts of others.

Fees

Paid plans will be billed in advance, monthly, per location, as shown when you sign up. You allow us and our payment provider to charge your payment method until you cancel. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of your business content and your replies. You give us permission to use them only to run Kindreply for you. The Kindreply name and logo, the Mosven AI name, the site and the software belong to Mosven LLC.

Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using Kindreply and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people, Google's systems or our service at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Disclaimers

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not control Google and are not responsible for its decisions about your reviews or your Business Profile.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mosven LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from the site or service, including any reply drafted, approved or posted through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Kindreply in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for changes that matter to paying customers, tell you by email before they take effect. If you keep using Kindreply after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
