Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Mosven LLC ("we", "us") collects through Kindreply and the website kindreply.mosvenai.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Kindreply is a product of Mosven AI, the software brand of Mosven LLC.

Kindreply is still in development. Today the only personal information we collect through this site is the email address you leave on the waitlist. The sections marked "when Kindreply opens" describe how the service will handle data once it is available. We will update this policy, and tell people on the waitlist, before anything changes.

Who we are

Mosven LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, and run from İzmir, Türkiye. For any privacy question or request, write to kindreply@mosvenai.com.

What we collect today

Waitlist. When you join the waitlist we receive your email address and which form you used on the page. We use it only to tell you when Kindreply opens and to answer you if you write back.

Email you send us. If you write to kindreply@mosvenai.com, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

The preview on the page. The "Try a draft" preview runs entirely in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us or stored anywhere.

Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this site.

Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice on your device. It is not a cookie and it is not sent to us.

When Kindreply opens

Your account. Your name, email address, business name and the settings you choose, such as your reply tone.

Business and review data from Google. When you connect a Google Business Profile, we access the business information and reviews you allow, so we can show them in one inbox, draft replies and, only with your approval, post the replies you choose. Reviews include the reviewer's public name and what they wrote.

Customer contact details you add. If you use review requests, you may add the names, email addresses or phone numbers of your customers. You decide whom to add. For this data you are the one in charge of it, and we process it only on your instructions, to send the requests you ask us to send.

Billing. Payments will be handled by our payment provider. We will not see or store your full card number.

Google user data

Kindreply will connect to Google through the Google Business Profile API, using Google sign-in (OAuth). We will ask only for the access needed to read your business information and reviews and to post replies you approve. You can see and remove that access at any time in your Google Account, or by disconnecting inside Kindreply.

Kindreply's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In practice this means:

• We use Google data only to provide and improve the features you see in Kindreply.
• We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
• We transfer it to others only when needed to provide those features (for example, to the AI provider that drafts a reply), for security, or when the law requires it.
• People at Mosven do not read your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security or abuse investigations, or the law requires it.

We have not yet applied for Google's Business Profile API access. We will apply before launch.

How we use information

• To run Kindreply: bring in your reviews, draft replies, alert you to reviews that need attention, post replies you approve and send review requests you set up.
• To contact you about the waitlist, your account and important changes.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To keep the site and service secure and to fix problems.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

AI and your data

Kindreply uses an AI model to draft replies. To write a draft, we send the review text, your business name and your tone settings to the AI provider. We will name the provider in this policy before launch, and we will only use a provider whose terms do not allow it to train its models on the data we send. Every draft is a suggestion; you decide what is posted.

Who helps us run the service

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

• Hostinger, which hosts this website.
• Formspree, which receives waitlist sign-ups and forwards them to us.
• Google Workspace, for our email.
• When Kindreply opens: an AI model provider, a cloud host for the application and its database, a payment provider, and email and text-message delivery services for review requests. We will list them by name here before launch.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emails: until you ask us to remove yours, or until 12 months after Kindreply opens, whichever comes first.
• Emails you send us: as long as needed to deal with your request, then up to 24 months.
• Account and review data: while your account is open. After you close your account or ask for deletion, we delete it within 30 days, except for limited records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can leave the waitlist at any time. Write to kindreply@mosvenai.com. We will answer within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws, including the right to object to some uses and to complain to your local data protection authority. We will honor valid requests under the law that applies to you.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Kindreply and want your details removed, you can contact that business or write to us and we will pass your request on.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can access data, and protect accounts with strong passwords and two-step verification on our side. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that data will never be exposed. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

Kindreply is made for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

International transfers

We are a US company run from Türkiye, and our providers operate in several countries. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect and, where needed, ask for your consent.
